What You ll Do

• Provide family-centered neonatal care in a Level II special care nursery
• Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to coordinate care
• Participate in clinical quality improvement (CQI) and research projects
• Contribute to a team supporting service expansion and best practices
• Support newborns' health and well-being during your shift
• Engage with a network of experienced Pediatrix providers across numerous NICUs

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Virginia
• Certification in Neonatology (Board Certified)
• Prior experience in neonatal intensive care preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication skills and compassion for families
