H&M Sales Advisor - Perimeter Mall

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell products and give them support and guidance. Use your fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with all relevant information for a great experience. Work on garment refill & care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, working closely with the rest of the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. A Day in the Life Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store & OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service. Engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service. Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories & products in all areas of the store. Effectively promote and sell our products to customers. Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives. Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions. Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team. Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice & processes. Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house (including stockrooms). Support garment presentation, execution and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends & stories according to visual & commercial guidelines. Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor. Uphold best practice for in‑store OMNI services & in‑store tech services/tools (In‑store Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.). Support opening and closing of the store. Follow all health & safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role and responsibilities. Fashion & Trend Awareness Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers. Use your product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers. Team & Development Retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues. Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store. Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other. Participate in relevant onboarding, introduction processes, trainings and courses for your role and future development. Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming ensuring good garment care. Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice & processes. Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house (including stockrooms).
