Responsibilities for a Call Center Agent include but are not limited to:

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Support customers with complex cases while delivering strong service and communication

• Navigate multiple systems and complete accurate documentation

• Maintain productivity and performance in a remote work environment

• Participate in training and work a flexible schedule within the service window

Candidates for Call Center Agent must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Previous call center experience required; high-volume or complex case experience preferred

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, required

• Excellent computer proficiency required

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule within the 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Arizona time service window

• Must have a BYOD setup that meets technical requirements

• Windows 10 or higher required

• Core i5 or higher or AMD Ryzen processor required

• Minimum 8GB RAM required

• Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload required; 25/10 or higher preferred

• Laptop with monitor or desktop with dual monitors required

• USB headset preferred

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
