Drive client discussions directly and address structural challenges independently while collaborating with management.Written & Verbal Communication SkillsUtilize highly effective communication skills to draft clear opportunity memos, management briefs, and borrower communications.Legal ComprehensionRead and understand complex commercial loan and legal documentation to ensure final documents accurately reflect approved terms and structures.Loan Closing ManagementSuccessfully drive and manage the end-to-end loan closing process in partnership with internal operations and support teams.What You’ll Bring to the Team:Open CollaborationActively participate in a team where all opinions are valued.
