Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – RN
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Rotating Weekend On-Call
We're seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join a respected skilled nursing facility in North Carolina. This leadership role partners closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional resident care.
Requirements:
- Active North Carolina RN license
- Supervisory/leadership experience required
- MUST have experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing
- Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge
- Memory care experience is a plus
Schedule & Benefits:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Rotating weekend on-call
