What You'll Do

Lead & Develop the TeamManage and mentor a team of solution design professionals, setting priorities, building capability, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output aligned to growth goals.Partner to Win BusinessCollaborate with Sales and Operations to shape competitive, client-ready solutions, participate in deal strategy and presentations, and help drive successful outcomes on complex pursuits.Design & Deliver Differentiated SolutionsLead the development of innovative HTM solutions that are operationally sound, financially viable, and tailored to client needs, including capital strategies and multi-service offerings.Drive Process Excellence & ConsistencyBuild and implement scalable tools, playbooks, and standards that improve speed, quality, pricing discipline, and consistency across solution development.Enable Sales & Influence StrategySupport pursuit strategy by defining win themes, strengthening value propositions, and coaching teams to improve deal quality, win rates, and long-term profitability.

What You Bring

Proven experience leading solution design or technical teams in a matrixed organizationStrong executive communication and presentation skillsDeep understanding of healthcare, clinical engineering, and HTM servicesAbility to translate complex client needs into actionable, scalable solutionsStrong financial acumen and experience with pricing and cost structuresTrack record of improving win rates, deal quality, and margin performanceExperience with CRM and proposal tools (e.g., Salesforce)
