Location : 1101 Market Street Phiadelphia, PA. Hyrbid – 1st 90 days is 100% onsite then CRC’s is x1 day WFH

CRC Job Description:

A large healthcare provider in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Sr Clinical Research Coordinators to support its growing clinical research program. These are newly created positions driven by continued expansion of the research team and clinical trial portfolio.

The Clinical Research Coordinator will play a key role in the day-to-day management of oncology clinical trials, ensuring studies are conducted in compliance with protocol requirements, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and institutional policies. This individual will work closely with investigators, patients, sponsors, and research staff to coordinate study activities from startup through closeout. Responsibilities include managing clinical trial operations, obtaining informed consent from study participants, coordinating patient visits, supporting orientation and training activities, overseeing central laboratory processes, maintaining study documentation, preparing for monitor visits, assisting with data collection and management, completing study reports, supporting low-risk institutional trial submissions, and tracking IRB submissions, approvals, and renewals.

Must Haves:

• 2+ years of clinical research experience, preferably supporting oncology studies or high-acuity, high-volume industry-sponsored clinical trials.

• Hands-on experience coordinating interventional drug trials, including patient enrollment, informed consent, visit coordination, ordering protocol-required labs and imaging, and interaction with study monitors.

• Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols and the ability to execute study procedures in compliance with protocol, GCP, and regulatory requirements.

• Experience working directly with patients on clinical research drug trials.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple studies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
