Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to high-risk maternal patients.
• Circulate in the operating room and manage triage efficiently.
• Assist in vaginal and cesarean section deliveries, tubal ligations, and other procedures.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions using Meditech EMR systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with unit protocols and standardized order sets.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Texas.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in labor and delivery.
• Experience with high-risk maternal patients is essential.
• Greater than 5 years' experience preferred.
• Strong multi-tasking and fast-paced decision-making abilities.
