Registered Nurse - Pediatric Behavioral Health

Overview Crittenton Children's Center, Kansas City's premier provider of psychiatric care for children and adolescents, is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse to work nights. The facility sits on a 96-acre campus near Longview Lake, offering a serene environment for healing. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process and perform patient care Delegate patient care tasks and supervise other patient care staff Coordinate the plan of care for assigned patients and consult other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Demonstrate proficiency and abide by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures Delegate tasks to clinical staff in accordance with competencies and scope of practice Serve as subject‑matter expert for patient education, assessment, interpretation, and documentation of patient care and testing Enter admission orders as directed by provider and manage expired samples Work independently and as part of a team, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times Cover Medical Assistant, LPN, or other office duties as needed Qualifications Less than 1 year of applicable experience Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) Registered Nurse license (various) Associate Degree Job Details Full Time - Night shift (United States of America) Location: Kansas City, Missouri - Crittenton Children's Center Equal Opportunity Employer Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
