Location: Must work in Salem, Oregon Compensation: Salary 85k-100k Position Type: Full-Time Join a Respected, Long-Standing Law Firm Our established and well-respected law firm is seeking a Washington-licensed Bankruptcy Attorney to join the largest consumer bankruptcy firm in the Pacific Northwest. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney residing in Oregon who is licensed to practice law in Washington and is looking for a stable, salary-based position with a reputable firm. Responsibilities Represent clients in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters. Provide legal counsel and strategic guidance to individuals and businesses facing financial challenges. Prepare and review bankruptcy petitions, schedules, motions, and related pleadings. Attend hearings, creditor meetings, and court proceedings as required. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client service. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management. Qualifications Active license and good standing with the Washington State Bar. Fall 2026 Washington bar admittance OK Residency in Oregon. 0 - 3 years of bankruptcy law experience (more experience welcomed). Strong knowledge of federal bankruptcy laws and procedures. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage a caseload independently while working as part of a team.
