*Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
*Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
*Lead daily classroom routines and learning experiences
*Build positive relationships with children and families
*Monitor children’s growth and communicate developmental progress with families
*Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming classroom
*Ensure compliance with all state licensing and Goddard standards
*Collaborate with school leadership and mentor Assistant Teachers What We’re Looking For
*High school diploma or GED
*CDA, TCC, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
*Experience as a Lead Teacher in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting
*Strong classroom management and organizational skills
*Excellent communication and leadership abilities
*Passion for early childhood education and child development
*CPR and First Aid certification is a plus About Us
