The Goddard School of Roswell (Holcomb Bridge) is looking for a passionate, dependable, and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team! If you’re committed to providing exceptional early childhood education and creating a classroom where children thrive, we’d love to meet you.
Schedule
Full-time
Monday–Friday
No nights or weekends

What You’ll Do

Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
Lead daily classroom routines and learning experiences
Build positive relationships with children and families
Monitor children’s growth and communicate developmental progress with families
Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming classroom
Ensure compliance with all state licensing and Goddard standards
Collaborate with school leadership and mentor Assistant Teachers
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED
CDA, TCC, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Experience as a Lead Teacher in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting
Strong classroom management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Passion for early childhood education and child development
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
