Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental and emotional needs. \n
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that cater to each child's specific goals. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor and document progress, ensuring each child receives comprehensive support. \n
- Provide essential emotional and practical support to families, guiding them through resources and strategies that enhance their child's growth. \n
- Adhere to Federal and State regulations while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions. \n
- Foster constructive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to cultivate a supportive learning environment. \n
- Administer various therapeutic and evaluation tools to tailor interventions effectively to each child's unique circumstances. \n
You will primarily work with infants, toddlers, and their families, focusing on early intervention strategies that enhance development across multiple domains: physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication. This critical age window allows you to harness your skills to create lasting impacts, supporting children in achieving developmental milestones and helping families navigate challenges associated with disabilities or delays.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Must hold a current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health. \n
- A valid driver's license for any required local travel. \n

- A minimum of two years of professional experience working in early intervention settings, specifically with children experiencing developmental challenges. \n
