Role Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a motivated Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead with strong expertise in enterprise reporting across Finance and SCM domains. As a Reporting Lead, you will drive end-to-end reporting strategy, collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting needs, and ensure optimized, scalable, and efficient reporting solutions across modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and rationalize reporting requirements across Finance, SCM, PPM, RMCS, and Subscription modules
- Define and drive reporting strategy ensuring optimal number of reports with minimal redundancy
- Analyze existing reports for consolidation, standardization, and optimization
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and reporting designs
- Work with developers (OTBI, BI Publisher, FAW) to ensure delivery
- Establish governance for report lifecycle and prioritization
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Support UAT validation and business sign-offs
- Drive performance optimization of reports
- Act as single point of contact for reporting discussions
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in Oracle ERP with focus on Fusion Reporting
- Strong functional understanding of Finance and SCM including PPM, RMCS, Subscription
- Hands-on OTBI, BI Publisher, Fusion Analytics
- Strong stakeholder management
- Experience in reporting optimization initiatives
- Ability to translate functional to technical design
- Strong communication and leadership
