Job Summary:
We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) to join our team at Avir at Comanche, a leading provider of skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services in Texas. As a valued member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in delivering personalized care to our residents, helping them regain strength, confidence, and independence.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, promoting comfort, dignity, and well-being
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and healthcare providers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and standards

Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) in the state of Texas
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training preferred
