Lead TechnicianWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Technician to join our team. This role involves performing critical work in a night-shift environment, ensuring high-quality service and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with heights, ladders, and working on roofs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to lead, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Responsibilities:Perform night-shift tasks, including going to job-site for service ranging start times for 7:00-10:00 PM and end times of 3:00 -5:00 AM.Safely navigate and work on ladders, rooftops, and other elevated areas.Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective job completion.Attend quarterly all-staff meetings (daytime) to discuss safety, company updates, and performance improvements.Report to the office once per week on the assigned day for team check-ins, training updates, and equipment reviews.Maintain compliance with company standards and safety protocols.Provide exceptional service to clients while representing the company professionally.Qualifications:Driver's LicenseMust be 21 Years or olderComfortable working at heights and on ladders/roofs.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Availability to work night shifts consistently.Physically fit to handle job requirements.Reliable transportation to and from work sites and the office.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet strict deadlines.Training & Compensation:Training Pay: $17/hour during the training period.Lead Technician Pay Range: $35–$55/hour, based on experience, performance, and job assignments.Benefits:Competitive pay with opportunities for growth.Training and development programs to support career advancement.Quarterly staff meetings to foster teamwork and collaboration.A supportive and friendly work environment.Work Environment:This role requires working outdoors, often in elevated areas, and during night shifts.
