CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist / Programmer Shift:

1. st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
2. nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 4:15 PM – 2:45 AM

Mandatory Saturdays: 5–6 hours as needed Position Overview We're seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer to join a growing team supporting the automotive industry. This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC vertical mills while producing precision components to tight tolerances. Key Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate 3-axis CNC vertical mills. Perform precision machining to close tolerances and quality standards. Read blueprints, part drawings, and CAD designs. Perform quality inspections and make machine offsets as needed. Utilize Fanuc and G&M code programming. Operate manual equipment including Bridgeport mills, lathes, and grinders. Run multiple machines when required. Qualifications Experience programming and operating CNC vertical mills. Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls and G&M code. Hands‑on experience with manual mills, lathes, and grinders. Ability to read blueprints and perform precision inspections. Machine shop or fabrication experience required. Experience with WorkNC CAM, RTM/Lemoine, Fidia, or Heidenhain controls is a plus. 3-, 4-, or 5-axis machining and injection mold machining experience are preferred.
