Qualifications Master’s degree in human services or willingness to enroll within 6 months of hire. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Permanency Services Program. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Oversee clinical and administrative functions. Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures. Supervise and support staff development. Represent the agency in public and private forums. Promote cultural sensitivity and teamwork across the organization. Benefits Flexible scheduling & benefits.
