Responsibilities: As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice features: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex systems Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A support ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on location) An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors ***This position offers opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration.*** What We Provide: A guaranteed base salary exceeding $200K with unlimited earning potential A sign-on bonus of $50,000 Student loan repayment assistance of $1,000 per month No lab fees Full-time providers can participate in Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA Company-covered Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance plans 401(k) Retirement Plan Coverage for malpractice insurance paid by the organization Paid holidays and time off Reimbursement for Continuing Education Continuing Education opportunities through ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) Reimbursements for relevant licenses, certifications, and professional dues, including ADA and/or AAPD memberships Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance VISA and Green Card sponsorship available Qualifications: We expect you to possess: A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure Additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
