Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: Braintree, MA (moving to Taunton, MA)Your Responsibilities:Lead the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies through both phone and in-person customer interactionsProvide technical support to the internal sales team, including order processing, product and service inquiries, warranty administration, and customer issue resolutionResearch market and competitive pricing data to ensure inventory is priced competitively while maintaining profitabilityDevelop and execute marketing strategies for the parts sales office to achieve and exceed revenue goalsEnhance customer policies and procedures by identifying needs and making appropriate exceptions when necessaryExpand and grow the existing customer base through relationship building and new customer acquisitionIdentify and implement new sales strategies to increase overall office revenue from both existing and prospective customersConduct regular sales calls and customer outreach to drive business growth and maintain strong client relationshipsPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assignedYour Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred4 to 6 years of HVAC and/or sales experience requiredYour Benefits:Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance401K retirement plan with employer matchPaid time off and company paid holidaysPaid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local lawTuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous serviceThe typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $30.91 - 50.96 USD Hourly in Massachusetts The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and locationEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including verification of employment history, education, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law.
