We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Surveyor to join our team.

The ideal candidate would be a skilled survey professional with a strong understanding of construction phases and processes who enjoys working on active construction sites, providing accurate and timely site layouts for complex and high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys using a variety of instruments.

• Perform high-accuracy layout, including as-built and topographic surveys

• Interpret and analyze architectural and engineering plans to determine dimensions and site layout requirements.
• Operate Trimble S7 Total Stations, TSC7 Controllers with Trimble Access Software, and Topcon GPS equipment.
• Provide precise measurements for foundations, structures, and utilities.
• Monitor and record site progress, verifying that construction work aligns with design plans.
• Assist in resolving design discrepancies and construction challenges related to land measurements.
• Maintain and calibrate survey instruments and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and engineers to ensure accurate implementation of survey data.
• Travel between job sites as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a construction or land surveyor.
• Proficiency with surveying equipment (Trimble S7, Topcon GPS equipment, etc).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, plans, and site layout techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail & ability to maintain precision and accuracy in all survey work
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and on active construction sites.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
