Responsibilities Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), administer efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes. Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning. Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders. Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff. Qualifications Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing. Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure. Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by state law for an assisted living facility. Benefits Variable compensation plans.
