5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst with expertise in Agile, Java, Spring Boot, React, Oracle, SQL Server, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub, SQL queries, use cases, and user stories.

5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst with expertise in Agile, Java, Spring Boot, React, Oracle, SQL Server, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub, SQL queries, use cases, and user stories.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and facilitate cross departmental teams to transform business requirements into technical requirements
- Work with software engineers and other technology teams to document business needs for digital project deliverables
- Write and maintain software requirements specifications that are clear, complete and executable
- Verify technical design specifications meet user requirements
- Develop a variety of models and diagrams including system context models, data flow diagrams and use case diagrams
- Create user scenarios for user acceptance testing
- Develop deep domain knowledge on key applications
- Partner with the project manager to determine project task estimates, deadlines and deliverables, simultaneously working on multiple projects
- Gain consensus and approval on final requirements
- 5+ years of technical business analysis experience
- Experience working of Agile software development methodologies with working knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, React, Oracle, and SQL Server
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Github
- Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries
- Experience working with authentication protocols such as OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect , and multi-factor authentication (MFA) .
- Advanced skills in SQL - able to write complex queries and interpret datasets across relational databases.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles , wireframes, and front-end integration processes.
- Highly analytical and detail oriented
