Springboard ABA is a new and growing ABA therapy company dedicated to delivering personalized, in-home services to children in Arkansas. To build a strong foundation, we’re seeking a driven and experienced BCBA Clinical Director to shape our clinical team and guide us toward excellence in ABA services. Responsibilities: Lead, oversee, and supervise a team of BCBAs and RBTs in providing high-quality ABA therapy Build out Clinical documentation. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans for children with autism Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards Train, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff in a supportive environment Work closely with families, offering ongoing guidance and support Qualifications: BCBA certification (required) Experience in ABA therapy and clinical management Strong leadership and communication skills Passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families Benefits: Competitive salary and flexible working hours– choose your own schedule as we get started!
