Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented  Cleaning Technician to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for someone who already has a full-time job and is looking to supplement their income. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in commercial facilities, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and professional environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

A background check will be required prior to employment.

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday – Saturday

• Hours: After 5:00 PM 

Key Responsibilities

• Restrooms

  • Daily cleaning and sanitizing of toilets, urinals, sinks, partitions, mirrors, and floors.

  • Empty and clean trash bins, replace liners, and restock supplies.

  • Disinfect high-touch points and scrub stains/scale as needed.

• Offices, Hallways & Common Areas

  • Daily vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of all floor surfaces.

  • Clean and disinfect desks, furniture, fixtures, telephones, and door handles.

  • Clean interior glass surfaces, windows, and partitions.

  • Remove trash and non-hazardous waste daily.

• General Floor Care

  • Daily sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.

  • Perform strip & wax, top scrub, and burnishing as scheduled.

  • Report any leaking faucets, clogged drains, or maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to work evenings and weekends .

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow set cleaning procedures.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good time-management skills to complete tasks within scheduled hours.
