Caregiver Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one care and companionship in clients' homes

Brindar cuidado personal y compaa a los clientes en sus hogares

Assist with daily living activities (ayuda con higiene, comidas, movilidad, y ejercicios)

Support clients with errands, light housekeeping, and medication reminders

Ayudar con tareas domsticas ligeras y recordatorios de medicamentos

Monitor client well-being and report changes promptly

Observar el bienestar del cliente y reportar cualquier cambio

Requirements

• Must speak and understand both English and Spanish / Debe hablar ingls y espaol
• Prior caregiving or CNA experience preferred (but not required)
• Experiencia previa como cuidador(a) o CNA preferida, pero no necesaria (ofrecemos entrenamiento)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current insurance
• Transporte confiable, licencia vlida, y seguro actual
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Debe pasar verificacin de antecedentes y prueba de drogas
• Ability to lift 15 lbs. and perform caregiving duties
