As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic tech-focused location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, manage access points, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to all individuals on site. What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and engaging in emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter areas within a technology and media location to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical access points, reporting any suspicious behavior or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel. Communicate clearly with team members and site staff to relay important information and updates as needed. Document observations and/or incidents according to company and site protocols. Support Allied Universal’s commitment to customer service and security-related excellence in all interactions. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
