The role focuses on developing, enhancing, and supporting Hogan banking applications while working across the full software development lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance applications within the Hogan Core Banking platform. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Build and support solutions using COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM technologies. Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and production support. Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver banking application enhancements. Support application releases, change management, and technical documentation.Required SkillsMulti years of Hogan application development experience in Core Banking environments. Strong hands-on expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM on IBM Mainframe (z/OS). Experience with one or more Hogan modules such as CIS, DDA, TDA, LNS, IDS/Umbrella, or PEM. Good understanding of Core Banking functions including deposits, loans, account processing, fees, and transaction processing.
