Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team in Catoosa. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce high-quality precision components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive CNC machining experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.

Required Experience & Skills
• Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Experience with CNC programming or program editing preferred
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, speeds, and feeds
• Proficiency using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to manufacture precision parts
• Select proper tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materials and machining operations
• Perform machine setups, offsets, and adjustments as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments during production
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements

Preferred Qualifications
• CNC programming and editing experience
• Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of machining processes and quality control procedures
• Experience machining a variety of materials

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and dust
• Ability to safely operate industrial machinery while wearing required PPE

• Industrial manufacturing facility

• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs
• Required PPE must be worn in accordance with company safety policies
