Head of Department (E & I) Role & Requirements Oversee instrumentation operations and maintenance across the plant from crusher to packer, ensuring minimal breakdowns and optimal equipment availability. Lead departmental strategy, manpower planning and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and statutory requirements. Execute preventive maintenance, shutdown planning and root cause analysis to drive operational efficiency and cost control. Manage budgets, spare inventory and vendor coordination while driving continuous improvement and team development. Qualification Diploma/BE in Instrumentation/Electronics with 14-20 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance in large process/manufacturing industries or cement plants. Strong expertise in DCS, IO panels, drives, and process interlocks with ERP proficiency. Excellent leadership, analytical and people management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Unity Cement
