About the Role:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for delivering compassionate and individualized care to our residents

• Provide hands-on nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and updating medical records

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience for our residents

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments of new residents, develop care plans, and implement interventions as needed

• Provide direct patient care, including wound care, ostomy care, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a positive and supportive environment

• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations as needed

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Missouri.

• Current CPR certification

• Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
