Construction Manager

We are seeking a Construction Manager to play a key role within Digital Engineering’s Construction Engineering & Inspection Strategic Business Unit. This position is responsible for overseeing construction activities, coordinating with project managers, clients, and contractors, and ensuring successful project delivery from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, leadership, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively across teams. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction management or construction administration on municipal or public works projects Strong understanding of public infrastructure construction (roads, drainage, utilities, etc.) Experience working with municipal clients, DOTD, or similar agencies Knowledge of construction contracts, project scheduling, change order review and cost control Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software programs Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Louisiana Experience with water/wastewater collection and treatment facilities, drainage infrastructure and roadway projects Familiarity with Louisiana procurement and permitting processes Certifications such as CCM (Certified Construction Manager) or PMP (Project Management Professional) Proficiency with project management software and construction documentation tools (i.e. Headlight, Procore, etc.) Experience in LADOTD construction engineering and inspection services; in particular to services provided on projects administered in conjunction with a Local Public Agency (LPA) #J-18808-Ljbffr Digital Engineering & Imaging, Inc.
