Job Description What You’ll Do Lead the Field with Confidence Take full ownership of daily jobsite operations—directing crews through metal framing, drywall hanging, finishing, and acoustical ceiling installations with efficiency and excellence. Drive Projects to Success Plan, schedule, and execute with intention. Ensure labor, materials, and equipment are exactly where they need to be—when they need to be there. Champion Quality & Safety Set the standard. Maintain exceptional quality control while enforcing strict adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols. Build and Develop Strong Teams Lead crews of 6–30+ skilled professionals. Mentor foremen, develop talent, and create a culture of accountability and pride in workmanship. Turn Plans into Precision Execution Bring blueprints to life with accuracy—interpreting drawings and specs to ensure flawless project delivery. Be the Go-To Leader on Site Coordinate seamlessly with general contractors, owners, and vendors to solve challenges and keep projects moving forward.
