Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Pay: $95,000 - $110,000 HR/DOE | Location: New Orleans, LA | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing crews, schedules, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards. Responsibilities Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through completion Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment Maintain project schedules and budgets Communicate with clients, vendors, and field personnel Conduct site visits and quality control inspections Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Prepare project reports, change orders, and documentation Resolve project issues quickly and professionally Requirements Experience in commercial roofing project management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read blueprints and specifications Knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, modified bitumen, etc.) Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office OSHA certification preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.
