Job Responsibilities: · Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical disabilities and conditions · Develop individualized therapy plans to meet the needs of patients · Accurately documenting progress toward objectives and communicating patient status and needs to the patient, the patient's family · Monitor progress of patients and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans · Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants and other support staff. · Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care · Communicate with family members or patient responsible parties · Ensure compliance with applicable safety and professional regulations · Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices, techniques, and regulations.
