About the Position

We are seeking 1 full-time and 1 part-time Locum Hematology/Oncology Physician for a clinic-based assignment in California. This role includes patient management in both clinic and infusion center settings, supporting 13–18 patients per day. Providers will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurse navigators, social workers, pharmacy liaisons, research coordinators, and genetic counselors.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage hematology and oncology patients

• Administer outpatient infusion therapies

• Coordinate care with supportive staff and services

• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and tumor boards

• Ensure patient-centered care from diagnosis to survivorship

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology

• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program

• Active California medical license – Required

• Active BLS and DEA certification – Required

• Clean malpractice and background record

• Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days – Required

• Experience in outpatient oncology care, infusion therapy, and multidisciplinary coordination
