Truck Driver / Owner-Operator Opportunity – Home Daily

We are seeking either:

1. An experienced Box Truck Driver , or
2. An Owner-Operator with their own truck and a helper

to join our growing team. This is a home-daily position with consistent work delivering merchandise to residential and commercial customers.

In this role, you will safely transport goods and materials, follow delivery schedules, provide excellent customer service, and ensure all deliveries are completed efficiently and professionally. Drivers are expected to perform routine vehicle inspections, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and adhere to all company safety standards.

Requirements for Experienced Drivers:

• Previous box truck or delivery driving experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items as required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, professional, and safety-focused

Additional Requirements for Owner-Operators:

• Must own and operate a reliable box truck
• Must have valid insurance and all required operating authority/documentation
• Must provide a helper for all deliveries
• Ability to manage daily routes and maintain delivery performance standards

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform curbside and some threshold deliveries to residential customers.

- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

- Maintain adherence to all FMCSA regulations, including keeping detailed driver logs and conducting vehicle inspections as per FMCSA standards.

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction during each delivery.

- Handle products with care to avoid damages.

- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers.

Requirements:

- Must own a box truck suitable for delivery purposes.

- Minimum of 2 years of home delivery experience.

- Strong adherence to FMCSA rules and regulations.

- Clean driving record.

- Strong commitment to safety and reliability.

- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and well-groomed appearance.

- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading items.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license.

- Current DOT Medical Card.

- Proven experience in home delivery, particularly with curbside and threshold deliveries.

- Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations and the ability to maintain compliance.

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
