NOW HIRING: Temporary Data Entry Clerk Location: Vincent, OH Pay: $15.00$18.00/hour, based on experience Duration: Approximately 10 days Employment Type: TemporaryMancan Staffing is hiring a Temporary Data Entry Clerk for a local company in the Vincent, OH area. This is a great short-term opportunity for someone who is computer-savvy, detail-oriented, and dependable.The company is transitioning to a new software system, and youll play an important role in helping ensure a smooth transition. The position will focus heavily on data entry, billing information, and transferring company records into the new system.What Youll DoAccurately enter customer and company information into new softwareManually process and enter billing informationTransfer existing records into the new systemReview entries for accuracy and correct errorsMaintain organized and confidential recordsWork with staff to gather and verify informationComplete basic administrative and data entry tasks as neededFollow established procedures and meet daily deadlinesWhat Were Looking ForComfortable using computers and learning new softwareStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic knowledge of Microsoft OfficeGood typing and data entry skillsComfortable working with numbers, billing information, and recordsReliable, dependable, and punctualAble to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasksPrevious data entry, billing, office, or administrative experience is preferred, but not requiredReady to put your computer skills to work?
