Qualifications

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
• Experience or interest in school-based SLP services (pediatric, teletherapy, elementary/secondary)
• Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work with diverse age groups and student needs

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 68 students
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
• Provide services in classroom and small-group settings, adapting to changing assignments if needed
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school policies
