MUST Be Able To Follow Written Instructions. MUST Have a valid DL. MUST speak English. MUST pass a background check. Must have at least 3 years of experience. Responsibilities Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, sprayers etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques Interact professionally with customers. Follow work orders. Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, Patching, Repairing or by other means necessary Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks Inspect paint jobs for quality Perform daily maintenance clean up routines on painting equipment Qualifications Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling (3 YEARS of experience minimum) Valid driver’s license Have reliable transportation to commute between job sites Strong communication and customer service skills Allowed to work in the US #J-18808-Ljbffr JTP Painting Services
