Registered Nurse Supervisor (Evening Shift) - Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our evening shift team at the Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, a premier sub-acute medical care and rehabilitation facility in Lake Worth, Florida. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead by example and provide exceptional care to our residents while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care on the evening shift. This includes:

• Supervising Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants

• Coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

• Maintaining accurate records and charting

• Identifying and addressing areas for improvement in patient care and implementing changes as needed

• Providing guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Contributing to a culture of patient-centered care, compassion, and respect

What You Will Need:

• Current RN licensure in the State of Florida

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Clinical expertise in areas such as wound care, respiratory therapy, and medication management
