The West Fargo Park District is seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to join the Rustad Recreation Center Facility Staff team.

Position Overview

Facility Staff are responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Rustad Recreation Center. Duties include customer service, facility monitoring, custodial responsibilities, rental setup and teardown, and assisting patrons during events, open gym activities, and rentals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Open and close the facility as assigned
• Monitor open gym and turf areas to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Assist with private rentals, party packages, and event setup/teardown
• Sell concession items and provide customer service to patrons
• Perform custodial duties including restroom cleaning, sanitizing public areas, vacuuming, and snow removal from walkways

Minimum Qualifications

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to perform light custodial and physical duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service or recreation facility experience
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Supplemental Information

Work Schedule

Flexible Hours: Weekend hours are available Friday through Sunday. Staff are required to work a minimum of two weekends per month.
