Data Analyst, IT Service Center

Delivering high-value insights to enhance performance and customer experience, the full-time Data Analyst, IT Service Center will utilize expertise in SQL, Hive, Tableau, and Alteryx to produce scalable reporting and conduct deep-dive analytics while working remotely. Key responsibilities Applies advanced analytical methods to solve complex operational problems and identifies trends within large datasets Builds efficient, scalable data models and workflows while troubleshooting data quality issues Communicates complex insights clearly to non-technical audiences and crafts compelling visualizations that influence decisions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred Expertise in SQL, Hive, Tableau, and Alteryx Strong knowledge of call center operations, metrics, and telephony platforms Ability to perform in-depth analysis on call center metrics to identify trends and opportunities
