Registered Nurse DSD Location: The Brentwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, 56 Liberty St, Danvers, MA 01923 Full Time Dialysis Training Provided 3 Days A Week, 12+ Hour Shifts No On Call Required DaVita is seeking an RN to deliver dialysis care in skilled nursing facilities (SNF). You’ll provide on-site treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease, offering high-quality, compassionate care directly in the facility setting. Key Responsibilities Provide dialysis treatment to patients at SNF partner sites Monitor patient vitals and assess treatment response Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards What to Expect No prior dialysis experience required—comprehensive paid training provided Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays May float to multiple facilities during and after training Fast-paced environment with diverse patient needs Requirements Current RN license in the state of practice ADN required; BSN preferred ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience a plus CNN or CDN certification preferred What We Offer Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match Paid time off and PTO cash-out Mental health and family support (EAP, Headspace, parental leave, etc.) Paid training and ongoing professional development Wage Range for the role is $44.00 - $61.00 per hour. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
