We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to help develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with our clients. This role focuses on ongoing communication, understanding client needs, supporting client satisfaction, and ensuring a consistent experience throughout the relationship.

The Client Relations Specialist will communicate regularly with clients, provide information and updates, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to address client needs. This position is well suited for someone who is personable, organized, and confident building relationships with a variety of clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients
  
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for ongoing client communication
  
• Learn about individual client needs, priorities, and expectations
  
• Provide clients with relevant information regarding services, programs, and company initiatives
  
• Conduct regular follow-up to maintain communication and address outstanding needs
  
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas where additional support may be beneficial
  
• Gather client feedback and communicate relevant insights to internal teams
  
• Address routine questions and coordinate with appropriate departments when additional assistance is needed
  
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, feedback, and relationship activity
  
• Prepare client updates, materials, and other relevant information
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to help provide a consistent client experience
  
• Maintain current knowledge of company services, processes, and initiatives
  
• Identify recurring client needs and opportunities to improve communication
  
• Support client retention and relationship-building initiatives
  
• Participate in client meetings, programs, and special projects as needed
  

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  
• Professional and confident when communicating directly with clients
  
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
  
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities
  
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
  
• Comfortable collaborating with multiple internal teams
  
• Previous experience in client relations, account support, customer success, customer service, hospitality, or another client-facing environment is preferred
