Physical Therapist — Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and patient-focused  Physical Therapist to join our private outpatient physical therapy clinic. We are committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care while helping our patients return to the activities and lifestyles they enjoy.

About the Position

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and movement-related conditions. You will work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans, track progress, and provide education to promote long-term recovery and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and other appropriate interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care in a professional and welcoming environment.
• Cosigning support staff documentation
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy Degree
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome to apply.
