Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced  Lead Pre-K Teacher who is creative, organized, and passionate about preparing young learners for kindergarten success. You'll guide our Pre-K classroom with structured routines, intentional lessons, and plenty of heart.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that support kindergarten readiness

• Lead a well-managed classroom with consistent routines and expectations

• Foster emotional, social, and academic growth through hands-on learning

• Communicate with families in a professional, consistent manner

• Maintain compliance with state regulations and center policies

• Collaborate with assistant teachers and leadership to maintain a high-quality program

What We’re Looking For:

✔ CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood or related field
✔ 1–2+ years of classroom experience (preferably Pre-K or Preschool)
✔ Confident in lesson planning and classroom management
✔ Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to quality care
✔ Must pass background checks and meet licensing requirements

Ready Set Grow Childcare was founded in 2020 by Anisha and Herman Simpson. Just like many first time parents, there was a lot of hesitation about putting their oldest son into daycare. The search for a childcare center to meet both needs and expectations was rough. Although they were able to find a center they were happy to enroll him in, the realization was how much of a shortage there is in quality childcare. They created RSG to provide the main qualities that they looked for as parents: structure, cleanliness, a nurturing environment, and an educational learning curriculum.
Here at Ready Set Grow we have been able to create a positive and healthy work environment where everyone is treated as family. We value the importance of filling the cups of our team so that they can effectively pour into our students. We have fun doing what we do every day and we grow together in the process.
