Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical wire harnesses according to drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Measure, cut, strip, crimp, and connect wires and cables.
• Insert wires, terminals, seals, and connectors into the correct positions.
• Use hand tools, crimping tools, and other assembly equipment.
• Inspect completed assemblies for proper connections, workmanship, and quality.
• Perform basic electrical or continuity testing when required.
• Identify and report defective materials or assembly issues.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily quality and productivity goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or wire-harness experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read basic diagrams, work instructions, and measurements.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, and move materials as needed.
• Ability to distinguish wire colors and small components.

Work Environment

This position is performed in a manufacturing and production environment. Employees may be required to wear personal protective equipment and follow established safety procedures.
