Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team—including nurse practitioners, social workers, chaplains, and child life specialists—to provide comprehensive clinical and emotional support to families in Central Texas. Shape the future of the field by teaching and mentoring medical students, pediatric residents, and adult palliative care fellows through our academic partnership with Dell Medical School. Champion innovative programs such as our perinatal palliative care and pediatric hospice initiatives to meet the unique, sensitive needs of families from the very beginning of their journey. Provide leadership and vision for Dell Children’s at Home perinatal pediatric hospice and palliative care program. Provide call coverage (1 in 3 at home calls). Minimum Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required. Additional Preferences Board‑eligible/Board‑certified Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine required.
