Truck Driver Class A CDL OTR

We are seeking career-oriented truck drivers with a safe driving history to join our OTR fleet.

Earn more than just CPM and get paid for all that you do!

* First year drivers average $60-$70,000
* $2,500 Driver sign-on bonus for drivers with 1 year of verifiable experience
* Fuel efficiency and idle bonuses paid each pay period
* $25 Stop Pay for every stop
* $20 Hourly Detention pay after 1 hour
* $200 per day if laid over or broken down

Truck driver minimum requirements:

* 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred but will consider recent graduates or equivalent driving experience in the military
* Class A CDL and Fed Med card
* Must live within a 2-hour radius from our terminal in Fort Atkinson, WI
* Ability to build and maintain long term customer relationships
* Travel to customer locations in all 48 states
* Professional driving record: No more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months.
* No drug & alcohol violations in the past five years.
* No more than 3 employers in the past 12-months
* Must be 21 or older
* Able to speak, read, and write English fluently
* Tanker endorsement of benefit, but not required
* Weekend hours required

Pay: $58,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
