Seeking a Divorce & Family Law Attorney to manage a caseload including divorce, child custody, child support, domestic violence, and post-judgment matters Family Law Attorney Location: Monmouth County or Middlesex County, NJ (Hybrid Available) Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site) About the Firm: Client is a growing and highly respected New Jersey family law firm seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their expanding team. They are looking for a motivated legal professional who can independently manage cases while contributing to a collaborative and client-focused environment. Seasoned attorneys with 10+ years of experience and/or an established book of business are strongly encouraged to apply. Solo practitioners looking to transition away from firm management responsibilities are also welcome to inquire confidentially. Responsibilities Handle family law matters from inception through resolution Manage a caseload including divorce, child custody, child support, domestic violence, and post-judgment matters Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements Conduct court appearances, hearings, mediations, and negotiations Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court Qualifications Minimum 3 years of New Jersey Family Law experience required Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive Strong time management and multitasking abilities Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + commission structure Incentive-based bonus program Profit-sharing opportunities (based on experience and book of business) 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, and vision insurance Hybrid schedule with flexible remote work options
